If you are ambitious, want to be part of a fast growing startup and have a real impact on its development, then you should consider DRINK IT FRESH! We are looking for a super motivated Chief of Operations (COO) who is flexible enough to quickly pivot when necessary and rounded enough to get through the many challenges ahead. The COO will oversee daily operations and will have to deal with the challenges of the frozen sector and its cold chain. He should have a strong interest in gastronomy (or cocktails), Briefly:
- Production: supervise the current daily production and adapt it (e.g. new equipment) to sustain the fast growing volume expected in 2019 and beyond
- R&D: develop new cocktails, improve the product (e.g. current packaging limitations) and the production process
- Strategy: design the best operation strategy to enable the company to grow to a multi millions € in revenue in <5 years
- Efficient production management: planning (e.g. in time purchasing of raw materials), quality control, costs control
- Stock management: stock follow-up and optimization
- Logistics: find the best (frozen) logistic partners to work with in Belgium and abroad
You will work closely with the CEO and will influence and impact the strategic decisions.

- At least bilingual among French, Dutch, English
- Master degree in engineering or any other similar degree

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Then you should consider DRINK IT FRESH! We are looking for a super motivated Sales & Business developer with a commercial visionary and a hands-on mentality! This proactive sales guy/girl will work closely with the CEO & founders and will:
- Take ownership of sales, business development and key account management for Belgium (Flanders) and Netherlands and potentially other countries in the future
- Consolidate Flanders region: strengthen existing business relationships and find new customers
- Enter and develop the Horeca market in the Netherlands by getting flagship customers
- Use every means to get in contact with prospects (on the field, cold calls, e-mails, etc)
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Build long term trusting relationships with clients
- Exchange best practices within the team and in particular the current sales team
- Contribute to the sales strategy (market, products, partnerships)
- You are the first point of contact with the customers and the liaison between them and the founders
- Give full support to the founders and the team in day-by-day activities regarding sales
- Report to the founders on sales results
- You are target driven and ready to conquer new countries with our exciting cocktails
SKILLS REQUIRED

- Cocktails loving sales professional wanting to build a strong European brand

- Hard working, ambitious, easy-going, autonomous
- Strong team player
- Dutch and at least French or English; more languages are a plus
- Don’t mind travelling abroad
